As Vice President of Airport Affairs at Southwest Airlines, Steve leads the Team responsible for securing Southwest Airlines' airport and non-airport real estate needs in the communities Southwest serves.

Steve began his career at Southwest in February 1995, first as a Revenue Management & Pricing Analyst and then as Area Marketing Manager and District Marketing Manager for the Mid-Atlantic/New England area. In 2003, Steve joined Airport Affairs and was responsible for Southwest's airport relationships throughout the Northeast. Since 2011, he's held several leadership roles within the department including being named Vice President in 2022.

Steve received a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Science from Parks College of Saint Louis University and a Master of Business Administration from Saint Louis University, and is accredited with the Association of American Airport Executives (AAAE) as a Certified Member (C.M.). Steve is also a Licensed Commercial Pilot and Certified Flight Instructor

Steve and his wife, Nicole, have three wonderful children, Charlotte, Sadie, and Shepard, and two dogs, Bow and Dodger.
