Southwest also is offering special fares for the Saturday-only nonstop flights in its current schedule between Las Vegas and Spokane ($69 one-way), Tulsa ($79 one-way), and New Orleans ($89 one-way).

Tickets must be purchased within one day of making a reservation and at least seven days before departure. Fares are combinable with other Southwest Airlines fares, except "Friends Fly Free." Seats are limited and may not be available on some Saturday flights that operate during very busy travel times and holiday periods. These fares are currently available for travel through April 2, 1999. Tickets are nonrefundable but, if unused, may be applied toward the purchase of future travel on Southwest Airlines. Airport taxes of up to $3 each way are not included. Fares also do not include a $2 federal excise tax that will be imposed on each flight segment of the itinerary. A flight segment is defined as a takeoff and landing.

"We know that Customers will love the opportunity to fly nonstop to Vegas, where the accommodations, entertainment, and service is unmatched," said Rogge.
