JOB DESCRIPTION: Ryan is responsible for overseeing the company's frequent flyer program, Rapid Rewards, Southwest's digital strategy, as well as the product and innovation roadmap. In addition, Ryan develops strategies to grow overall Customer value, loyalty, and engagement, and as such, also leads key partnerships to develop a unique travel experience – including the airline's co-brand credit card relationship.
EXPERIENCE: Ryan has over fourteen years of experience in Marketing. Ryan worked at Dell Computers and Trinity Industries before joining Southwest.
EDUCATION: Ryan received a B.A. in Marketing from Texas A&M.
LENGTH OF SERVICE AT SOUTHWEST: Started March 2002.
FAMILY: Ryan and his wife, Mary, have three sons, Collin, Brady, and Will.
