EXPERIENCE: Previously was Vice President Communication & Outreach. Before Southwest Airlines, Linda was a reporter for the Dallas Times Herald newspaper and has an extensive newspaper and magazine reporting background.

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in journalism, Texas Tech University.
FAMILY: Husband, Michael, and two children, Matthew and Allison.
FIRST PAYING JOB: A roller-skating carhop at Sonic Drive-In.
PROUDEST MOMENT: Graduating from college against all odds!
