Title: Vice President Labor Relations

JOB DESCRIPTION:  Adam is responsible for oversight of Labor Relations, working with the numerous labor organizations that support and represent our Southwest Employees.

EXPERIENCE: During Adam’s tenure at Southwest, he’s held numerous positions spanning roles in Financial Planning and Analysis, Inflight Operations, and Labor Relations. 

EDUCATION:  Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Baylor University

LENGTH OF SERVICE AT SOUTHWEST:  Started December 31, 2007

FAMILY:  Adam and his wife, Stacy, have a dog, Bear and a horse, Whiskey

FIRST PAYING JOB: Hauling hay as soon as I was tall enough to see over the dashboard. 

PROUDEST MOMENT:  From the moment I was hired into Southwest to the day I was asked to lead the Labor Relations Team, there have been so many moments I’ve been grateful for, and I never take a day at Southwest for granted.

BEST ADVICE EVER RECEIVED:  There is no virtue in absolutism.

BEST ADVICE EVER GIVEN:  Same as above—I always felt the need to pay that one forward.
