For Customers in Cabo San Lucas/Los Cabos (SJD): Southwest Airlines/AirTran Airways continues to cooperate with Mexican Officials in SJD to transport U.S. Citizens to the United States. Customers should remember to bring U.S. passports and travel itineraries to the airport.

Customers holding a reservation for travel to/from SJD beginning Sunday, September 14 through Tuesday, September 30 may request a refund of unused air fare or reschedule their flights in accordance with our accommodation procedures.
